Kindertransport Memory Quilt Exhibit

We at the HMCZFC take great pride in the addition of yet another remarkable exhibit, prepared in collaboration with the Kindertransport Association.  The reminder of the rescue of about 10,000 children from Germany, Austria, Czechoslovakia and Danzig is coupled with a display of quilts consisting of squares created by the participants of the Kindertransport.  The Kindertransport Memory Quilt Exhibit is meant to share the Kinders' experiences and their gratitude to the rescuers.

Sending HMC Tributes/Memorials

Your contribution to the Holocaust Memorial Center as a Memorial Gift honoring a loved one or as a Living Tribute marking a joyous occasion has lasting meaning. We will use your gift to acquire and maintain historic materials for study and to provide creative programming designed to preserve the memory of the Holocaust and teach its lessons.  The suggested minimum contribution is $18.00.
