Speakers Bureau

The HMC has a number of Holocaust survivors who are willing to speak to groups within the Metro Detroit area. When a speaker is needed for a school or community event, call the HMC, (248) 553-2400, and together we can determine which speaker would be best suited for your needs.

We recommend that each group be prepared and have some knowledge of the Holocaust before the survivor comes to speak. This is especially true if the group has not had the benefit of a guided tour of the museum.

The HMC can send a packet of materials to the group leader to aid in this preparation process.

At America's first free-standing Holocaust Memorial Center - we have prided ourselves on vividly portraying the Holocaust for more than 25 years, receiving international accolades and heartfelt thanks from our millions of visitors.

The HMC relies almost entirely on membership pledges, gifts, and contributions to finance its educational mission.

Since the HMC is a nonprofit organization, you could help us and possibly decrease your tax liability at the same time.
